Internet, basic cable TV and streaming services are available. The property has an outdoor pool and hot tub, bayside swimming dock and is located 3 blocks to the the beach. Bicycle and paddleboard rentals are available within walking distance and can be launched from those locations. (Kayaks and paddleboards are not permitted to be launched from this dock. Boat docks are restricted to owners. Please note: this entire property (indoors and outdoors) are non-smoking. Tenants must bring own bedding and towels. Pool tags are provided. Beach tags can be purchased on the beach. * Ask about shorter stays during May, June and Sept. (4 night minimum AND must occur Mon-Fri only))
